"I made an order with Safemart in the early morning of 12-08-08. My confirmation e-mail said that they would notify me when the order ships. After “Not” being contacted By E-mail or by phone within 48 hours, I decided to go to the website on 12-10-08 and contact them by chat to have for my records. This is a condense version of the conversion I had with Jason.
[Guest] ? do you have this order in stock?
[Jason] it is shipping directly from the manf.
[Jason] unfortunately it looks as if this part is on back order until the 1st of the year...
[Guest] cancel this order and I will find it else where, can you do this?

This review of Safemart actions are irresponsible by not caring about a potential customer. The reason is by not informing me of the backorder within a reasonable time and by leaving me to believe that they actually had the product that I was trying to purchase from them.
I’m not happy Safemart, for wasting my time trying to buy your product. This is one customer that won’t be back.
Note: As of 12-11-08 Jason didn’t find the time to write the e-mail with a confirmation of cancellation.
UpDate: 12-18-08 No E-mail from Jason or safemart. Jason had no intentions of contacting me...Way to go guys at Safemart, good business practices."
